We’re excited to announce that staff applications are now open for the Autumn wave! Hyterra is growing, and we need dedicated community members to help us maintain a positive and fun environment for all players.
🌟 Available Positions
Helper
- Assist players with questions and issues
- Monitor chat for rule violations
- Welcome new players to the community
- Requirements: 50+ hours playtime, clean record
Moderator
- All Helper responsibilities plus:
- Handle reports and tickets
- Issue warnings and temporary bans
- Manage in-game events
- Requirements: Previous Helper experience or 100+ hours playtime
Builder
- Create spawn buildings and event arenas
- Design custom adventure maps
- Collaborate with the build team
- Requirements: Portfolio of builds required

- Maturity and professionalism in interactions
- Active participation in the community
- Good communication skills and patience
- Passion for Minecraft and helping others
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week
Selection Process
- Application review (Week 1)
- Discord interview (Week 2)
- Trial period for selected candidates (2 weeks)
- Final decision and training
