Report Issues

Report Players

If you encounter rule-breaking behavior:

  1. Use /report <player> <reason> in-game
  2. Create a ticket in Discord with evidence (screenshots/videos)
  3. Include: player name, date/time, description of issue

Report Bugs

Found a bug? Let us know:

  1. Check if it’s already reported in Discord #bug-reports
  2. Create a ticket with:
    • Description of the bug
    • Steps to reproduce
    • Screenshots/videos if possible
    • Game version and mods you’re using

For serious security vulnerabilities:

  • Do NOT post publicly
  • We take security seriously and investigate all reports

  • Available for at least 10 hours per week

Technical Support

Can’t connect to the server?

  1. Check server status in Discord
  2. Verify you’re using the correct IP: play.hyterra.gg
  3. Make sure you’re using a compatible Minecraft version
  4. Try restarting your game and router

Account Issues?

  • Lost items: Create a ticket with details
  • Ban appeals: Submit through Discord
  • Hacked account: Email security@hyterra.gg immediately

Response Times

We aim to respond within:

  • Discord tickets: 2-6 hours
  • In-game tickets: 1-4 hours
  • Email: 24-48 hours
  • Emergency/Security: 1-2 hours

Response times may be longer during peak hours or holidays
